Dateline September 23, 2010, Portland Oregon: I filmed a public “Meet and Greet” and speech by ex-Governor John Kitzhaber. Approximately 10 minutes into the speech the moderator informs the public not to film. I continue to to film as it is my First Amendment Right. I am assaulted. This is clearly seen on the video.

Is there any follow-up to this? Did you have them charged with assault?
No. I let it go when the DA informed me they used reasonable force to eject me, even though they never asked me to leave. They asked me to stop filming, and never asked me to leave. Then James Posey, assaulted me with a deadly weapon: my camera. Getting a fair shake in the court system here in Oregon is not possible. As a matter of fact: in the US under Holder. Look at Steven Crowder who faced a very similar situation. Guy punched him right in the face. No charges brought. The corrupt DA’s name is Lenzer, just for the record. The political Hack who helped him cover his tracks is Jeff Mapes, who writes for the Oregonian. They are a part of the corrupt cronyism fostered by the Democrat Party and Governor John Kitzhaber.
