KITZHABER RESIGNATION: MY OPEN LETTER TO CHAIRMAN ART ROBINSON

“I’m calling on our duly elected Republican Representatives to introduce a Bill to the Oregon Legislature to invalidate John Kitzhaber’s taxpayer funded pension, and strip him permanently of his license to practice medicine in this State. Furthermore he should be immediately barred from Mahonia Hall, and all other taxpayer funded facilities where he might further act to cover up his crimes against the People of this great State.”

Dear Chairman Robinson:

I don’t think it will be any news to you that John Kitzhaber resigned in disgrace today. With the number of State and Federal agencies involved, and Kitzhaber’s clear attempts to destroy evidence; I think it’s fairly evident that he and his live-in girlfriend Cylvia Hayes engaged in rampant unethical, illegal and nefarious wrongdoing; lining their pockets at the expense of the Oregon taxpayer.

As a part of the original Oregon TEA Party, headed by Geoff Ludt: I’ve worked tirelessly to expose the Tyrant. This began in 2010 when I received a punch in the face for asking questions about his business dealings with Hayes (just Google “Kitzhaber Assault”). I’ve gone through immeasurable personal suffering as a consequence of this. I’m not complaining: just getting the record straight.

From his resignation it’s pretty clear John Kitzhaber is neither repentant nor apologetic. Indeed his apoplectic, rambling, repugnant resignation seems to be blaming the victims: We The People. We are left only assume that he will continue in his habitual mode of despotic operation. Therefore, I’m calling on the Oregon GOP to take bold, immediate, and decisive action.

Monday morning, I’m calling on our duly elected Republican Representatives to introduce a Bill to the Oregon Legislature to invalidate John Kitzhaber’s taxpayer funded pension, and strip him permanently of his license to practice medicine in this State. Furthermore he should be immediately barred from Mahonia Hall, and all other taxpayer funded facilities where he might further act to cover up his crimes against the People of this great State.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. The Fourth Estate has done its part here. Now it’s time for the Republican Party to do theirs.

Respectfully Submitted,

Dan Sandini
